Number: 2024-11-02 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes for the October 3, 2024 meeting be approved.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given to David Reimer, Compass Church to address the Board.

Number: 2024-11-04 BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receives the deputation from David Reimer. AND FURTHER THAT the Board approves partnering with Compass Church for a matinee movie on Sunday, December 15th at 1:30 p.m. at a cost of $200.00; AND FURTHER THAT the Board appoints Rashaad Nauth-Ali as the contact for Compass Church.

Number: 2024-11-06 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives the deputation from Jennifer Tovell. AND FURTHER THAT the Board appoints Lorne Dart as a BIA representative on the Agricultural Society's Demo Derby Committee.

Number: 2024-11-07 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board approves replacing the street pole banners with the current designs of Canada Day Flag and Welcome to Grand Valley.

Number: 2024-11-08 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board requests the secretary provide a response to the Grand Valley Santa Clause Parade Committee that the Board would consider participating in a 2025 Tree Lightening Event.

Number: 2024-11-09 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives and approves the draft 2025 Grand Valley BIA meeting schedule, as amended with start times at 6 p.m. and September 16th instead of September 2, 2025.
