Number: 2026-04-02 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the February 2, 2026, meeting be approved.

Number: 2026-04-03 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Bills and Accounts for February 2026 in the amount of $132,201.37 and March 2026 in the amount of $134,705.15 be approved and paid from the Operating Account.

Number: 2026-04-04 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives the Chief's Reports for information purposes and receives the Draft Mutual Aid Agreement.

Number: 2026-04-05 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives the correspondence listed on the April 27, 2026 Agenda.

Number: 2026-04-06 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Grand Valley & District Fire Board appoints the following individuals as authorized representatives: Jennie Miguel, Accounting Clerk, Town of Grand Valley Meghan Townsend, CAO/Clerk, Town of Grand Valley Steven Freitas, Director of Finance/Treasurer, Town of Grand Valley Chris Gerrits, Chair, Grand Valley & District Fire Board AND FURTHER THAT Helena Snider be removed as an authorized representative . AND FURTHER THAT a copy of the this resolution be sent to the Canada Revenue Agency.

Number: 2026-04-07 BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given to confirm the proceedings of the April 27, 2026 Grand Valley & District Fire Board Meeting.

Number: 2026-04-08 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board adjourn its meeting at 5:42 p.m. to meet again on June 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. or at the call of the Chair.
