Resolution Number: 2025-07-04 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the June 25, 2025 closed meeting be adopted as circulated.

Resolution Number: 2025-07-05 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the requested amendment to the employment contract and that the Fire Chief and Staff proceed as directed.

Resolution Number: 2025-07-08 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the June 25, 2025 meeting be approved as circulated.

Resolution Number: 2025-07-09 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives the 2024 Draft Financials from RLB Chartered Professional Accountants; AND FURTHER THAT they be approved.

Resolution Number: 2025-07-10 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives the Grand Valley & District Fire Department Employee Handbook; AND FURTHER THAT they approve the changes.

Resolution Number: 2025-07-11 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Bills and Accounts for June 2025 in the amount of $108,633.38 be approved and paid from the General Account.

Resolution Number: 2025-07-12 BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given to confirm the proceedings of the July 23, 2025 Grand Valley & District Fire Board meeting.

Resolution Number: 2025-07-13 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board adjourn to meet again on September 17, 2025 at 5:30pm.
