Resolution Number: 2025-06-03 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board resolve itself into closed session under the provision of Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act to discuss:  labour relations or employee negotiations

Resolution Number: 2025-06-07 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board rise and report at 7:46pm.

Resolution Number: 2025-06-08 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the June 2, 2025 meeting be approved as circulated.

Resolution Number: 2025-06-09 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the correspondence from David Logan, RBC relations Manager; AND FURTHER THAT the Board moves up to 2.1 million into the cashable one year GIC.

Resolution Number: 2025-06-10 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Bills and Accounts for May 2025 in the amount of $66,238.92 be approved and paid from the General Account.

Resolution Number: 2025-06-11 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the 2024 Draft Financials from RLB Chartered Professional Accountants; AND FURTHER THAT the Board defers the financials to the next meeting.

Resolution Number: 2025-06-12 BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given to confirm the proceedings of the June 25, 2025 Grand Valley & District Fire Board meeting.

Resolution Number: 2025-06-13 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board adjourn to meet again on July 23, 2025 @ 5:30pm.
