Resolution Number: 2025-05-01 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the May 12, 2025 regular meeting agenda be adopted as circulated.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-02 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of April 14, 2025 be approved as amended.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-03 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the revised Agricultural Society MOU Draft; AND FURTHER THAT the revised MOU be presented to the Agricultural Society with the Board Resolution.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-04 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the Concession Summary.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-05 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the Concession Booth Agreement; AND FURTHER THAT with final terms to be negotiated at the Arena Managers discretion, and approved by the Board.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-06 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the RFP for Canteen Space at the GV Arena; AND FURTHER THAT revisions as discussed be brought back to the Board for further discussion.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-07 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the accounts payable for April 2025 in the amount of $46,184.66 be approved and paid from the Operating Account.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-08 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the accounts receivable for April 2025 in the amount of $59,129.90 have been deposited into the Community Centre bank account and are hereby approved.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-09 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the Proposed Rates 2025- 2026; AND FURTHER THAT we approve the rates with revisions for summer camp as discussed.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-10 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the HST charged in error for 2025 summer camp fees be refunded.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-11 BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given to confirm the proceedings of the May 12, 2025 Grand Valley & District Community Centre Board meeting.

Resolution Number: 2025-05-12 BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn this meeting to meet again on June 9, 2025 @ 4:30pm.
