Resolution Number: 2025-12-01 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the December 2, 2025 regular meeting agenda be approved as amended, adding the Deputation of Meghan Townsend, CAO/Clerk and Steven Freitas, Treasurer to section 5 and to section 6. Unfinished Business adding subsection 6.6 Contract for Services

Resolution Number: 2025-12-02 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the October 15, 2025 meeting be approved as amended, make changes to section 10.a 2026 Payroll Changes - Verbal.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-03 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board give leave to Meghan Townsend and Steven Freitas to address the Board.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-04 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board writes off the HST discrepancy from previous years as bad debt.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-05 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives the Training Building Assessment Quotes; AND FURTHER THAT the Board defers an engineers assessment; AND FURTHER THAT the Board directs staff to get quotes for a replacement structure prior to making a decision.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-06 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the First Due Information and Quote; AND FURTHER THAT the Board approves the implementation of First Due at $5726.08 plus HST to be paid from the operating budget in 2025.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-07 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Bills and Accounts for October 2025 in the amount of $174,284.38 and for November 2025 in the amount of $123,023.04 be approved and paid from the Operating Account.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-08 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives the Chief's report for information.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-09 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives the 2026 Draft Budget; AND FURTHER THAT staff make edits as requested.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-11 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Health & Wellness benefit be paid to all firefighters monthly @ $50.00 per month in 2026; AND FURTHER THAT the money be included in the 2026 Budget.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-12 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board resolve itself into closed session under the provision of Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act to discuss:  labour relations or employee negotiations

Resolution Number: 2025-12-14 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the October 15, 2025 closed meeting be adopted as circulated.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-16 BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given to confirm the proceedings of the December 2, 2025 Grand Valley & District Fire Board meeting.

Resolution Number: 2025-12-17 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board adjourn to meet again on January 12, 2025 at 5pm or at the call of the Chair.
