Resolution Number: 2025-09-01 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the September 22, 2025 regular meeting agenda be approved as circulated.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-03 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the participation document from OMERS; AND FURTHER THAT the Board amends the document as follows, the effective date of September 22, 2025 be changed to July 28, 2025.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-04 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the Sunlife Benefits Booklet; AND FURTHER THAT the Board agrees to reimburse the Town of Grand Valley for the full time staff currently under the Towns plan.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-05 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Bills and Accounts for July 2025 in the amount of $111, 477.21 and for August 2025 in the amount of $89, 997.46 be approved and paid from the Operating Account.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-08 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the R.J. Burnside Report; AND FURTHER THAT directs staff to come back with two more quotes and a report.

Resolution Number: 2029-09-06 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Fire Board approves the recruitment of up to a rooster size of 38 volunteers.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-07 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board authorize staff to get 3 quotes for the creation of an office and spend up to $12,000.00 inclusive of HST.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-10 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board resolve itself into closed session under the provision of Section 239(2)(b)(d) of the Municipal Act to discuss:  personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees  labour relations or employee negotiations

Resolution Number: 2025-09-12 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the July 23, 2025 closed meeting be adopted as circulated.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-13 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the RLB Staff Correspondence; AND FURTHER THAT staff proceed as directed.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-14 BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given to confirm the proceedings of the September 22, 2025 Grand Valley & District Fire Board Meeting.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-15 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board adjourn to meet again at the call of Chair.
