AND FURTHER THAT the Board approves a donation in the amount of $2,500 - $500 from miscellaneous expenses and $2,000 from the general reserves (RBC Bank Account).

Number: 2026-05-05 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receives the April Budget Variance Report and RBC Bank Statement for the period March 30, 2026 and April 30, 2026.

Number: 2026-05-06 BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn this Grand Valley Business Improvement Area Board Meeting at 6:59 p.m. to meet again for a BIA Board Meeting on June 2 at 6:00 p.m. or at the call of the Chair.
