Resolution Number: 2025-09-01 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the September 8, 2025 regular meeting agenda be adopted as circulated.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-02 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of July 14th, 2025 be approved as circulated.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-03 BE IT RESOLEVED THAT the Board accept the contract with CPW Grand Valley Inc. with rent payments to begin effective January 1, 2026. AND FURTHER THAT as per the RFP attached to the contract, rent may not be charged when the ice is out, at the discretion of the arena manager.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-04 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the accounts payable for July 2025 in the amount of $179,109.48 and August 2025 in the amount of $52,693.58 be approved and paid from the Operating Account.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-05 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the accounts receivable for July and August 2025 in the amount of $86,493.06 have been deposited in to the Community Centre bank account and are hereby approved.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-06 BE IT RESOLVED THAT GVCC continues to charge the out of town rate as per our schedule for the U12 flyers.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-07 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board receive the GIC Maturity correspondence; AND FURTHER THAT GVCC not renew the GIC at this time.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-08 BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given to confirm the proceedings of the September 8, 2025 Grand Valley & District Community Centre Board Meeting.

Resolution Number: 2025-09-09 BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn this meeting to meet again on October 6, 2025 at 5pm or at the call of the Chairperson.
